Family Practice Physician needed in Texas
Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Practice Physician to take over an existing practice. There is a hospitalist program in place so option exists for outpatient only practice of candidates may choose to follow their own patients in the hospital if desired. Hospital will be offering a comprehensive recruitment package which may include: competitive base salary with potential for bonus based on production, sign-on/commencement bonus, student loan assistance, potential monthly stipend for the remainder of residency, CME, marketing, relocation and more.
Is a 150-bed, full service community JCAHO accredited hospital, based in the heart of the west Texas Permian Basin. The hospital, which is accredited by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO), serves the 25,000 residents of the community as well as Howard County (35,000) and the surrounding Permian Basin with a service area population of 1 million within a 100-mile radius.
THe Center has an updated Geriatric Psychiatric unit and has acquired new medical diagnostic equipment including a 16-slice CT scanner, a centralized Fetal Monitoring system, and a centralized Wireless Telemetry Monitoring system. The Emergency Department is a designated Level IV Trauma center, and the hospital is certified by the American Heart Association as a "Get With The Guidelines" hospital The Center proudly boasts a professional medical staff who practice a variety of specialties not found in other area hospitals of the same size. Many of our active staff members have obtained further credentials and are board certified in their area of specialization.
