ICU coverage is required; but ability to perform bedside procedures is preferred but not required. The schedule is 7 on 7 off, 12 hour shifts.

A comprehensive compensation package will be offered and may include:
Salary plus incentive, Sign On Bonus, Relocation Assistance, Medical Education Debt Assistance, CME Allowance, Stipend During Residency

Services include Inpatient and Outpatient Surgery, Obstetrics and NICU, Emergency Services, Comprehensive Radiology, Laboratory Services, Intensive Care, General Medical/Surgical Services and Pediatrics. Dupont Hospital is Fort Wayne's first all-digital hospital with high-speed digital X-rays to high-tech information systems. Affiliated with one of the largest employers in the region, is an integrated healthcare delivery system with more than 7,000 employees that provides comprehensive services to patients in a 23-county service area in northeastern Indiana and northwestern Ohio.
