OBGYN physician needed in Northern Illinois
Hospital Employed group setting (have 2 signed starting January 2013)....and are seeking another board eligible/board certifed OBGYN to join them.
Scope of Practice: Full spectrum Obstetrics and Gynecology practice (office and hospital)
Potential Call Schedule: 1 in 6 (practices share call with each other in area)
Reason for Search: Have limited OBGYN physicians practicing in the area and age of many practicing OBGYNs approaching retirement
5 LDR(P) rooms
7 traditional labor rooms
2 dedicated Operating rooms for C-sections
29 OB beds
Level II Nursery – 30 beds - 3 Neonatologists on staff
Special care nursery – high risk infants
2,000 deliveries at Vista per year
Target Date to fill position: 2012 or 2013
