Advanced Infrastructure & Clinical Support:
  • State-of-the-Art Workspace: Practice in a brand-new OB clinic featuring 12 exam rooms and an established patient base from day one.
  • Elite Staffing Ratio: Every provider is paired with a dedicated MA or LPN, supported by specialized triage staff, surgery schedulers, and float chaperones.
  • Surgical & High-Risk Capabilities: On-site access to robotic surgery, two dedicated ORs in the birthing center, and 24/7 radiology/lab services.
  • Clinical Safety Net: Benefit from a Level II NICU staffed by experienced Neonatal NPs and CRNAs. High-risk cases are supported through a collaborative partnership with a Top-10 University MFM program.
 
The Practice Model:
  • Sustainable Balance: Enjoy a flexible weekly schedule (typically 3 days office / 2 days surgery) with a favorable 1:4 to 1:5 call.
